1. Use of Magic Sort
Magic Sort is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may use the app only in accordance with applicable law, Apple platform rules, and these Terms.
2. License
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store's applicable usage rules. The app, artwork, game systems, branding, and related content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
3. Advertising
The free version of Magic Sort may contain advertising. Ad frequency, availability, and format can change over time. Rewarded ads are optional interactions that may provide an in-game benefit after successful completion of the ad experience.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Magic Sort may offer paid products or an Ad-Free subscription through Apple's App Store. Prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, cancellation, refunds, and payment processing are handled under Apple's purchase system and the information shown on the App Store purchase sheet.
For auto-renewable subscriptions, renewal continues unless canceled according to Apple's subscription-management rules. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
5. Ad-Free functionality
The exact benefits of an Ad-Free purchase are described in the app at the time of purchase. Optional rewarded experiences may remain available if the app clearly presents them as voluntary exchanges for in-game benefits.
6. Game progress
We do not guarantee that locally stored progress can always be recovered after deleting the app, resetting progress, changing devices, device failure, or operating-system changes. Please use any restore or cloud features provided in the version of the app you are using.
7. Fair use and prohibited behavior
You may not attempt to tamper with purchases, manipulate ad systems, reverse engineer protected portions of the app where prohibited, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with service operation, or use Magic Sort for unlawful activity.
8. Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for maintenance, platform requirements, security, compatibility, or product development.
9. Disclaimer
Magic Sort is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every device configuration will operate without error.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Magic Sort after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
