1. Information we may process
Magic Sort is a puzzle game and does not require you to create an account to play. The app may process technical and usage information such as device type, app version, session activity, advertising identifiers where permitted, diagnostic information, and interactions with game features.
2. Firebase services
We use Google Firebase services, including Firebase Analytics and Remote Config, to understand app performance, measure feature usage, and safely configure parts of the app. Firebase may process device and app-related information in accordance with Google's privacy practices.
3. Advertising
Magic Sort may use Google AdMob to display advertising, including formats such as interstitial, rewarded, and app-open ads. Depending on your region, device settings, consent choices, and applicable law, Google may process advertising identifiers and related information to provide, measure, limit, or personalize ads.
Where required, the app may present privacy or consent choices before requesting advertising-related data. iOS system permissions may also apply.
4. Purchases and Ad-Free access
If you purchase an Ad-Free product or subscription, payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Apple provides the app with purchase or entitlement information needed to determine whether paid features are active.
5. Game progress and preferences
Game progress, settings, haptic preferences, and similar gameplay data may be stored locally on your device. Resetting app data, deleting the app, or using an in-app reset option may remove locally stored progress.
6. Children
Magic Sort is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Advertising and analytics behavior may vary based on the age rating, region, consent state, and platform requirements applicable to the distributed version of the app.
7. Data retention and security
Third-party service providers may retain information for periods described in their own policies and as needed for security, fraud prevention, analytics, legal compliance, and service operation. We take reasonable steps to limit data processing to what is appropriate for operating and improving the app.
8. Third-party services
Magic Sort may interact with Apple App Store services, Google Firebase, and Google AdMob. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Your choices
- You can manage relevant iOS privacy permissions from your device Settings.
- You may be able to update advertising consent choices when the app provides a privacy-options entry point.
- You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions from your Apple account subscription settings.
- You can reset locally stored game progress from the app where that option is available.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Magic Sort changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.
